Call of Duty: MW3

• Two of the last couple CDL teams were confirmed this week:

— Carolina Royal Ravens: 'Clayster', 'GodRx', 'ReeaL', and 'Gwinn'

— Las Vegas Legion: 'Attach', 'Standy', 'Nero' and 'Purj' (head coach Fenix)

• ​The last outstanding roster is LAG, rumored to be 'Gunless', 'Asim', 'Kremp' and 'Diamondcon'
• ​Rumored Challengers rosters (as of 11/8); there is some lethal talent in Challengers this year...
• According to NYSL Coach 'DREAL', rumors suggest LA Guerillas will be operated WITHOUT a Head Coach this season.​
• Streamer @Reidboy24 is the first person in the world to unlock the Interstellar mastery camo in MW3; ​It took him just under 76 hours to unlock all 800+ camos in MWIII.​
• LandO announced he won’t be renewing his CDL contract to commentate this season and will be “taking a break or retiring”
• ​According to ​​@Bloomberg​, Sledgehammer originally pitched a project that would be set during Advanced Warfare’s futuristic timeline — but it was shelved due to the company being informed they would be working on another Modern Warfare instead.
• Players will be wearing the same jersey designs as last season — the league had teams commit to using one design for two seasons, according to 100T President John Robinson​

CSGO: FaZe Can't Be Stopped

• FaZe win the CS Asian Championship, currently making them undefeated in CS2 as we type this newsletter. They have lost one match in a BO1 to GamerLegion opening day of IEM Sydney. Since then, they have won Sydney, Thunderpick, and CAC. Up next is Blast Fall Final and it is shaping up to be a big one.
• 'Wolfy' is set to depart M80 and 'slaxz' is going to replace him. He did not perform as well on the AWP as some would have liked and M80 is shifting towards a proven tier-2 superstar to replace him.
• Wildcard made a shuffle where they dropped four players and brought in 'stanislaw', 'jba', and 'Infinite' from Forsaken as well as 'Sonic' from free agency. Now on paper this roster is solid and can even contend for top of NA, but in the process killed two solid rosters in tier-2.
• G2 are going to bench 'jks' it seems. This would be weird if it went through especially because they are going after 'nexa' to replace him. This would be disastrous for both teams and should not be considered.
• Vitality officially signs 'mezii' to replace 'Magisk' in a move that will surely pan out. 'Mezii' leaves Fnatic as their highest rated player and as a solid secondary caller, I think he will help 'apex' in the IGLing side of things.
• Reportedly, Evil Geniuses are planning on leaving CS and abandoning their two divisions. Originally having four teams, they have whittled their way down to two and those are both not performing up to expectations. A disappointing end to an org that didn't deserve to be in the leagues in the first place.

Valorant: Interesting

• T1 added 'Rossy' to their active roster in a shocking move that not many saw coming. He plied his trade for FaZe and Turtle Troop and impressed but didn't make waves in Challengers to make Ascension. He will make his debut in the Red and White for VCT 2024.
• GenG sign 'Munchkin' bringing a lot of power to their roster after a disappointing 2023. He was on the T1 roster that made it to Tokyo and Champions so I assume this move is meant to reinvigorate a mid-tier roster.
• Cloud9 did not play well at the Superdome event in Colombia falling to both Furia and Leviatan. On the plus side, 'tex' has fit in quite well on that roster and is looking to cause some serious damage internationally this year.

Halo: Rumor mill

• The Rumor mill has been turning heavy this past week, with several unconfirmed reports of potential shakeups with the OpTic roster; we do not believe the team will make a move to start the season, but would not be surprised if later in the year performances are shaky
• ​Quadrant win the Europa Halo Blackpool 2023 open, cementing themselves as the best EU Halo team by a wide margin
• 19 years ago last week debatably the greatest game ever released...Halo 2
